What Nerro does

Nerro gives your business an AI employee that answers the phone. It talks with callers in plain conversation, not a phone menu. You decide what it does, and you can see every call it takes.

What an AI employee can do

• Answer your calls on its own phone number, or on your existing number through call forwarding.
• Answer common questions from what you teach it on the Knowledge page.
• Book, move and cancel appointments inside your opening hours.
• Take down a caller's details as a new lead, or take a message.
• Put a caller through to a person on your team when they ask, or when there's an emergency.
• Take food orders by phone, for restaurants.
• Call back leads who asked you to get in touch, with the paid plans, which open when billing switches on at launch.

An action only counts once the system behind it confirms it. A booking is reported as booked only after it's saved. If something fails, your AI employee says so instead of pretending.

What callers hear

Every greeting says the caller is talking to an AI assistant, and that "This call is transcribed." Nerro doesn't record call audio. It keeps a text transcript, and deletes it after the period you choose.

Who it's for

Nerro is built first for real estate, property managers, law firms and home-service trades like plumbing, HVAC, electrical and roofing. It also works for veterinary clinics, salons and spas, and restaurants.

Medical and dental practices aren't supported yet. Patient calls need HIPAA agreements Nerro doesn't have, so those businesses can join a waitlist instead.

What isn't switched on yet

• Texting. Texts need your business to be registered with US phone carriers first. Until then, your AI employee doesn't offer texts.
• Billing. Nerro is in early access. Plans and prices will apply once billing switches on, and nothing is charged before then. See pricing.
