The call log
The Calls page lists every inbound and outbound call, with who was on the line, what happened, and the transcript.
The Calls page lists every inbound and outbound call, with who was on the line and what actually happened.
Finding a call
Search by phone, name or call ID. You can filter by:
- Dates (From and To).
- Direction: inbound, outbound or both.
- Result, like Booked, New lead, Transferred or Message taken.
- Connection: live now, connected, missed or not answered, or failed.
- Employee, and which of your lines it came in on.
- Show: real calls, practice calls, or both. Practice calls are hidden unless you choose to show them.
Sort by newest, oldest or longest.
Inside a call
Open a call to see:
- Summary: written from the call record, not by the AI.
- Transcript: what was said.
- Timeline: what happened, step by step.
- Actions: what your AI employee did, and what it created on the call, like a booking or a lead.
- Captured details: what the caller told it.
- Recording: calls aren't recorded. The transcript is what Nerro keeps.
- Diagnostics: technical details about the call.
Transcripts are kept for the period you choose in Privacy & data. After that, the transcript is deleted, but the call's date, length, outcome and summary stay.
Following up
On each call you can:
- Mark it as Open if someone still needs to act on it, like calling the person back, or as Done.
- Mark as spam.
- Rate the Lead quality: a good lead, or not a lead (like an existing customer, a vendor or a wrong number). Ratings show in Analytics.
- Block this number, offered once you mark a call as spam. Blocked calls never reach your AI employee or use minutes. Manage blocked numbers in Settings → Callers.
