Going live and what it costs

Nerro is in early access. Billing isn't switched on yet, so nothing has been or will be charged until it is. Here's how plans will work once it does.

The free trial

Every account starts on a free trial. No card is needed. The trial includes one AI employee and one phone number. It lasts 3 days, or 10 answered calls, whichever comes first. Calling customers back isn't part of the trial.

When the trial ends, your AI employee stops answering, and nothing is charged.

Plans that will apply

• Starter, $49 a month: 1 AI employee, 300 call minutes, 1 phone number, 2 team members. Extra minutes $0.15 each.
• Business, $79 a month: 3 AI employees, 750 call minutes, 3 phone numbers, 5 team members. Extra minutes $0.12 each.
• Pro, $149 a month: 10 AI employees, 1,500 call minutes, 10 phone numbers, 8 team members. Extra minutes $0.10 each.

Plans are month to month, with no contract. If prices change, we tell you early, and the plan you're on keeps its price.

What counts as a minute

Minutes are time on real calls your AI employees answer or place, rounded up to the whole minute per call. These never use minutes:

• Practice calls and training.
• Calls where nobody speaks.
• Recorded robocalls your AI employee hangs up on.
• Calls from numbers you've blocked.

Going over

Extra minutes show as their own line on your invoice. You get an email at 80% and at 100% of your included minutes. You can also set a limit on extra minutes. Once it's reached, your AI employee stops answering until the next billing month, so the bill can't go past it. See your plan.
