Connect your tools

CRMs and other connectors

Send each call to your CRM, team chat or own system. Here's what's on the Connectors page and what each one does.

The Connectors page lets you connect your calendar, CRM and team chat. Nothing there says connected until it actually is. If one isn't available on your account yet, it says so.

CRMs and job software

  • HubSpot: after every real call, the caller's contact (found by phone, or created) gets a note with the outcome and summary.
  • Salesforce: after every real call, the caller's lead (found by phone, or created) gets a completed call task with the outcome and summary.
  • Jobber: after a call that leaves work (a new lead, a booking or a message), the caller's Jobber client (found by phone, or created) gets a new request with the call summary.
  • Buildium: when a current resident calls about a maintenance problem, it becomes a resident request on their lease, with the call summary.

Follow Up Boss connects from the Leads page instead, as a lead source.

Calendars

  • Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar: your busy times block bookings, and bookings appear in your calendar. See your Calendar.

Restaurant ordering

  • Clover and Square: your menu comes into Nerro, with prices, choices and sold-out items kept in sync. Every phone order is sent to your system.

Team chat and your own systems

  • Slack: post a message to a Slack channel whenever a call ends.
  • Zapier: start a Zap whenever a real call ends, with its outcome and summary.
  • Outgoing webhook: send a signed request to your own system whenever a call ends.

Checking your own system during a call

Connectors send information after a call. If you need your AI employee to check something during a call, like an order's status, use a look-up on its Setup tab, under Look-ups in your own system.
