Call the lead while they're still looking.

Someone fills in your form at 7:40 PM. By the time you see it in the morning, they may have called someone else. Calling first is an advantage many businesses give away.

Speed to lead means calling a new lead within minutes of their enquiry. Research on web leads found the odds of reaching one fall sharply after the first five minutes. Nerro calls each consented lead from your forms as soon as it arrives, within the lead's calling hours, asks your questions, and books or transfers them; leads that arrive after hours are called when calling hours open.

How it works.

From form to phone call, without you in between.

Connect your forms
Each form or source gets a private intake link. Zapier can post to it, including from Meta lead ads.
It calls right away
If it's within the lead's hours (9 AM to 8 PM local), the first call starts as soon as the lead arrives, unless all your lines are busy.
It asks your questions
What they need, where and when, one question at a time, skipping what the form already said.
It books or hands off
Books a time, or transfers a ready lead to you during your hours.
It tries again
Up to three attempts: now, after 3 hours, after a day. It stops once they're reached.

When a person should make the call.

Where the other option is the better choice.

  • Big-ticket leads where your own voice wins the job.
  • Leads with no consent record: email them, or wait for them to call.
  • A fast reply from a skilled salesperson still beats a fast generic one.

What the research says.

Only figures we could trace to the original source.

  1. In a study of about 15,000 web leads and 100,000 call attempts at six companies, the odds of contacting a lead were 100 times higher when called within 5 minutes than at 30 minutes, and the odds of qualifying it 21 times higher. 2007 data, six companies, a vendor co-authored study: directional, not a promise.

  2. Harvard Business Review's follow-up audit reported that many companies took far longer than an hour to reply to online leads.

Something else? Ask us.

What is speed to lead?

How quickly you contact a new lead after they enquire. Studies of web leads found contact and qualification rates fall sharply after the first few minutes.

How fast does Nerro call a new lead?

It starts the first call as soon as the lead arrives, if the lead's calling hours are open and one of your lines is free. Your Results page shows the real median time for your leads.

What about leads that come in at night?

They're called when calling hours open, 9 AM in the lead's time zone. Calling at night would break calling-hour rules in many states.

Which forms can I connect?

Any form that can send a web request, Zapier (including Meta lead ads through Zapier), or a spreadsheet of leads you have consent to call.

Does it need consent?

Yes. AI calls need the person's prior express consent, and written consent for sales calls. Leads from your forms carry a consent record; see the calling rules.

Can it transfer a hot lead to me?

Yes, during your business hours, if you've set a transfer number. It saves the lead first, in case the transfer doesn't connect.

Is it on the free trial?

No. Calling leads comes with the paid plans, which open when billing switches on at launch, after a business verification.

Does it text the lead too?

Not yet. Texting switches on once carrier registration for business texting is approved.

Nerro calls only leads you have consent to call. You're responsible for getting and keeping that consent and for following federal and state calling laws, including the TCPA and do-not-call rules. Nerro's calling rules help; they don't guarantee compliance. This isn't legal advice.
