Answer the showing request before the next agent does.
You're at a showing when the next buyer calls about a listing. Nearly half of buyers (47%) hire the first agent they talk to.

Nerro's AI answers showing requests while you're busy: it answers questions from your listing details, asks which property, whether they're working with an agent or pre-approved (as they say it, never verified) and books the showing into your calendar. It doesn't discuss offers or negotiate price, and it hands urgent calls, like a locked-out buyer at a showing, to you.
What it does on a showing call.
From Nerro's Showing Scheduler and Lead Qualifier templates.
- Answers about the listing
- From the details you give it. If it doesn't know, it says so and takes the question.
- Asks the right questions
- Which property, whether they're working with an agent or pre-approved, and when they want to see it. The Lead Qualifier also asks budget, timeframe and area.
- Books the showing
- Into your schedule or Google Calendar, with a booking code.
- Stays out of the deal
- It never discusses offers or price negotiations.
- Calls web leads back
- With the paid plans, which open when billing switches on at launch, it calls new leads from your forms who agreed to be called.
Where you're the one who wins the client.
Where the other option is the better choice.
- Referrals and past clients who want you, not a fast answer.
- Local knowledge, the showing itself and every negotiation.
- Buyers who prefer to text: Nerro doesn't send texts yet.

Can an AI book real estate showings?
Yes. It checks your availability, books the showing and gives the buyer a booking code to change it.
Will it talk about price or offers?
No. It never discusses offers or negotiates. It takes the question and passes it to you.
Does it connect to my CRM?
Leads can reach Nerro from any form through a private intake link or Zapier. A Follow Up Boss connection is built and being switched on.
Can it call new Zillow or website leads?
Leads from your own forms carry a consent record. Portal leads, like Zillow's, only if the consent they gave covers calls from your business. Lead calling comes with the paid plans, which open when billing switches on at launch.
Does it text buyers?
Not yet. Texting switches on once carrier registration for business texting is approved.
What about fair housing?
It's instructed to answer every caller from your listing details and not to ask about or comment on protected traits or who lives in an area. Review its transcripts; you're responsible for fair housing compliance.
Can it handle my team's calendars?
Each AI employee books into one schedule. The Business plan has 3 employees, for example one per agent or team.
Nerro answers using information you provide. You're responsible for fair housing and real estate licensing rules in how you use it. Calls to leads need their consent.
