Nerro's AI checks real availability during the call, offers open times, and books, moves or cancels appointments. It uses Nerro's built-in schedule, and can sync both ways with Google Calendar so your existing events block time. It tells the caller it's booked only after the calendar confirms, and gives them a booking code to change it later.
What it does.
Each step confirmed before the caller hears it's done.
- Checks availability
- Your hours and existing bookings, plus busy time in Google Calendar when it's connected.
- Books, moves and cancels
- On the same call, with a 4-digit booking code.
- Limits who can change a booking
- Only from the number that booked it, or with the booking code.
- Checks the address
- For trades that travel, it checks the address is in your service area first.
- Never says it's done early
- If the calendar doesn't confirm, the caller hears that, and real alternatives.
When booking should stay with a person.
Where the other option is the better choice.
- Jobs that need a quote or a site visit before a time can be set.
- Scheduling that depends on which technician has which parts or skills.
- You already use a booking tool Nerro doesn't connect to yet: callers can still leave a request.
Questions, answered.
Something else? Ask us.
Which calendars does it work with?
Nerro's built-in schedule, with two-way sync to Google Calendar. An Outlook connection is built but not available yet. Other booking tools aren't connected yet.
Do I need Google Calendar?
No. Nerro's built-in schedule works on its own.
Can it double-book?
It checks availability, including Google Calendar busy times when connected, before offering a time, and books only after the calendar confirms.
Can callers change or cancel?
Yes, by calling back from the same number or giving their booking code.
Does it send a confirmation text?
Not yet. Booking texts switch on once carrier registration for business texting is approved. The caller gets the booking code on the call.
Can it take a deposit?
No. Nerro is instructed never to ask for or repeat card numbers on a call.
How many bookings per call?
Up to 3 on one call, which covers a family or a multi-visit job.
