Follow up with every lead on your list, without breaking the rules.
Old enquiries, past customers, renewals coming up: lists that sit there because nobody has time to call. A campaign has your AI employee call them, within the same calling rules as every other lead call.

A Nerro campaign is a list of people your AI employee calls for one purpose, such as following up old enquiries or reminding tenants of a lease renewal. Before launch, Nerro checks every number and shows who won't be called and why (no consent, your do-not-call list, the National Do Not Call Registry file if you've uploaded one, called recently). You test the campaign on sample rows first, see an estimate of minutes and cost, and can set a budget that pauses it. Calls go out only within the calling rules for lead calls, and each result lands in one of five outcomes.
Side by side.
What a campaign does before and during calls.
| Question | What Nerro does |
|---|---|
| People | Upload a spreadsheet (up to 5,000 rows) or pick a saved lead list. Columns like unit or lease end become details the AI can mention. |
| Check before launch | Every number is sorted into callable or blocked, with one reason each. You can download the blocked list. |
| Test first | The AI is tested on sample rows from your list. Launch stays locked until the test passes, and any change to the brief or employee needs a new test. |
| Cost estimate | Minutes, cost range and finish time before launch, from your calls at once and attempts. A budget pauses the campaign when it's reached. |
| Calling | The same rules as every lead call: consent, local calling hours, at most 3 calls in 24 hours, opt-outs honored. |
| Outcomes | Interested, call back (at the time they asked), not interested, no answer, or asked not to be called. |
How a campaign runs.
Set it up once, watch it while it runs.
- Write the brief
- The goal and what to say, in your words. Details from each row are filled in, and a missing one is left out rather than read aloud as a blank.
- Pick days and hours
- Choose days and hours inside the legal window; the narrower rule always wins.
- Confirm consent
- At launch you confirm these people agreed to hear from you. The statement is kept with the campaign.
- Watch it live
- Calling now, next attempts, callbacks booked, and results by outcome, with a download of every result.
- Pause any time
- Pause, resume or stop. Calls already in progress finish normally.
- It remembers no
- Someone who says they're not interested isn't called again by any campaign for 90 days, unless you change that.
When a campaign isn't the right tool.
Where the other option is the better choice.
- Lists you bought or were given: those people didn't agree to hear from you, so don't call them with an AI.
- Accounts where your own relationship is the point: call those yourself.
- One-off urgent messages: a person on the phone is faster to set up.
What the research says.
Only figures we could trace to the original source.
The FCC ruled in February 2024 that AI-generated voices are "artificial" voices under the TCPA, so these calls need the called person's prior express consent, and written consent for telemarketing.
Sellers must use a version of the National Do Not Call Registry obtained no more than 31 days before a call.

Questions, answered.
Something else? Ask us.
Is this a robodialer?
No. It calls only people with a consent record, one conversation at a time per person, within calling hours, and the AI talks with them rather than playing a recording.
Who can I call with a campaign?
People who agreed to hear from you. Sales calls need the person's own written consent from your form; an uploaded list you vouch for is for follow-up calls only.
Does it check the National Do Not Call Registry?
For sales calls, if you upload your registry file from the FTC: the first 5 area codes are free, and a file older than 31 days stops sales calls until it's refreshed. Numbers outside the area codes you uploaded aren't checked.
What if someone asks to be called back later?
The AI books the time they ask for, inside calling hours, and the campaign calls them then.
How much will a campaign cost?
You see an estimate before launch, and the real cost so far while it runs. Set a budget and the campaign pauses when it's reached.
How many calls run at once?
You choose, up to your plan's limit. More at once finishes sooner; it doesn't change the rules per person.
Does it text people it couldn't reach?
Not yet. Texting switches on once carrier registration for business texting is approved.
Is it on the free trial?
No. Campaigns come with the paid plans, which open when billing switches on at launch, after a business verification.
Nerro calls only leads you have consent to call. You're responsible for getting and keeping that consent and for following federal and state calling laws, including the TCPA and do-not-call rules. Nerro's calling rules help; they don't guarantee compliance. This isn't legal advice.
