About the text messages businesses send through Nerro. Last updated October 21, 2026.

Who texts you

Businesses use Nerro to answer and return their calls. When one of them texts you through Nerro, the text comes from that business, starts with its name, and is sent from its own number. Each business runs its own messaging program, registered with US carriers in its name.

What you'll get

  • During or after a call you made: details you asked for, such as an appointment confirmation, an address or a confirmation code. At most 3 texts per call, sent only to the number you called from.
  • After you asked a business to contact you: if the business's form told you it may text you and you agreed, one text after a missed first call back, inside normal calling hours.

Message frequency varies with your calls. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts from that business. After that you won't get more texts from it. Your number also goes on that business's do-not-call list, so it won't call you either. Reply START to that business's number if you change your mind.

Reply HELP for help, or email support@nerro.si.

Your number stays private

Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
