Know what happened on every call, without listening to any.

A call you can't see is a call you can't trust. Each one is written down, summed up and sorted by what needs you first.

Updated · by the Nerro team

For every call it handles, Nerro keeps a text transcript, a short summary, the outcome and each action it took, like a booking or a message. Urgent calls, failed hand-offs and hot leads are emailed to owners and admins straight away; everything else arrives in a daily summary email. Nerro doesn't record audio, and transcripts are deleted after the period you choose, from 30 days to 2 years; copies in backups go when those backups expire.

Are calls recorded?

No audio. Nerro keeps a text transcript, and every greeting tells the caller the call is transcribed.

How long are transcripts kept?

You choose: 30, 90, 180, 365 or 730 days. The default is a year. After that the transcript is deleted and the summary stays.

Which calls email me straight away?

Urgent calls, hand-offs that didn't connect, and hot or qualified leads. Change it to every lead or message, or turn it off.

Can I send call details to my own tools?

Yes: Slack alerts, signed webhooks and Zapier ("Call ended") work today.

Does the summary make things up?

It's written from the transcript, and actions show only what the system confirmed. Open the transcript to check any call.

Who can see transcripts?

Your team. Nerro staff only for support and security. Our AI and speech providers process the call's text to run the call. Each business's data is kept separate from every other's.

Do callers know they're transcribed?

Yes. Every greeting says so, and Nerro adds the line if a custom greeting leaves it out.

Nerro doesn't record call audio. It keeps a text transcript, and every greeting tells the caller it's an AI and that the call is transcribed. Some states require every party's consent to record or transcribe calls; check your own obligations.
